Fankhauser Bankruptcy Law (Mesa Office)

I worked with Matt F in 2023 on a case regarding a prior employer and my credit. Initially Matt took an interest in my case and we agreed to move forward. I hired Matt through my benefits at work (my employer pays for his law services). After the first week most all communication stopped. He would only return my calls after I became up set and left VMs for lack of communication. Weeks would go by no communication from him. The few times we did speak he had absolutely no updates or used word salad to say he did nothing on my case. His double talk was to basic and remedial I felt offended he didnt at least try to confuse the issue more or at least better cover up the fact he was doing nothing on my case. Finally I had to address the issue myself with my prior employer. He continued to accept payment from my employers benefits for weeks and literally did nothing. He could have simply said he was not interested in my case but he instead drug me along for months and nearly caused me to ruin my credit.
