John never negotiated a reduced rate after a collection company came after me for a 16 year old debt like he said he would. Woke up one day and the app through which communication with John takes place was simply gone from my phone. $3k is a lot to pay someone to file paper work. I do not recommend if you seek a negotiated settlement.

I retained John Skiba for the purpose of negotiating and settling two old debt collections. I discussed my situation with John and the time restraint we were up against. He understood my situation and assured me he could be of help. I paid John 2,500.00 and have not heard form him since. I reached out to Johns office several times and was told every time that John had just stepped out to lunch and would call me when he returned, it didn't matter what time of day it was, he was out to lunch. To this day, I still have not heard from John. The deadline has come and gone.
One business day away from my deadline, I reached out to my creditors directly only to find out they that had never been contacted by John or anyone at JacksonWhite Law office. I am astonished at the unprofessional way John and his staff has conduct business in this matter. I would Never recommend John Skiba or anyone at JacksonWhite Law.
