I had lived here for almost 7 years and Ive had zero issues However I had a feeling that when I leave theyre going to nickel and dime my deposit, not sure why theyre charging for painting December 2023 when I had moved in February 2017 you would think they need to paint Theres also a charge for carpet replacement, that exceeds life in any case what an incredible way to turn around such a positive experience. At the tail land I was paying $2400 a month. Shame on Mark Taylor and the management. This is incredibly poor judgment on your part.

I have lived here for over a year and am thrilled to renew my lease for another year. San Posada has been a little slice of paradise. From the gorgeously groomed grounds to the resort-like pool I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. Maintenance and Leasing Office staff are always quick to respond, kind, and helpful. The location is convenient to grocery stores, the freeways, airport, etc. I also feel very safe within the community. I've had a great experience here and am happy to call this place home.
