My boyfriend and I have lived here almost 2 months and everything has been amazing. Ashley made the move in process so easy and if Ashley wasnt available Lauryn was just as helpful.

Ive been at AVIVA for almost a month. I can say that the moving in process was very easy thanks to Ashley and Lauryn. The biggest thing for me is being able to do business with trust worthy management and I got that with Lauryn and Ashley. These ladies were very professional ! Ashley took care of my paperwork. She attended to every question and concern I had. On move-in day she had everything ready for me. Lauryns has an amazing personality, she was extremely welcoming and it truly reflects the community at Aviva. After moving in I had a question about parking and issues my sink I spoke to Lauryn both times. She sent maintenance out to address my concerns and answered all my questions. Ladies keep up the great work!

I absolutely love the Aviva community and leasing consultants! Lauryn has been addressing my concerns to the best of her ability with the level of training shes received and I appreciate all of her efforts and assistance!
