Colores Del Sol

Just moved into colores del sol apartments last week. I love our new apartment it so spacious . We love the area its quiet. It's very clean and maintained with the beautiful landscaping. Glad we moved in these apartments. And overall Judy was very professional as well.

Fantastic apartment in the Mesa area! I have lived here for about a year now and after living in a few different apartments over the last several years I can definitely say this has been the best! Covered assigned parking is convenient and having a gate around the property just allows for a little more sense of security. Judy in the front office has been so welcoming and kind since I moved in. Any help that I've needed - she has been so quick to respond and very helpful! The units themselves are cozy and I love that only the bedrooms are carpeted, especially with having a dog! Also, they just put in a new dog wash station which is great especially for long haired pooches like mine!

If you value your peace of mind, please do not move here. I have been here almost a year and have barely gotten any peace. The walls are very thin, the appliances are old, and there is always drama. Do not I REPEAT do no rent an apt anywhere near the playground. The kids are out there as early as 6am to around 9pm at night unsupervised cursing, fighting, and making obscene gestures and sounds. There is always adults arguing outside and the police have been here multiple times. The mail boxes have been broken in now 3 times causing an inconvenience bc we have to go pick our mail up now for the next few weeks and cars vandalized multiple times. The office staff is not the best women to talk to and they have attitudes or over talk you. People will park in your assigned parking spots and you have to go through the office b4 they will have the car towed. There has been a tagged abandoned car on the property since I moved in. I can not wait until my lease it up here!

Came to tour a week ago and met Judy, who was nothing but the best and most caring property manager Ive met in my years of renting. Very professional and kind and knows what residents are looking for. The lobby is so cute and filled with goodies, coffee and snacks! And theyre putting a dog washing station soon, like come on!? Thats so freaking cool!!!
