I’m sad that old bad reviews are overpowering the ones that were posted recently. I feel like the new owners should’ve created a new location on Google so that they wouldn’t have to deal with the poor rating of the previous owners’ mistakes. As for our tenant experience at Montero @ Dana Park, we absolutely LOVE it here! We’ve been here for 2 months, and every single thing about this property makes me very happy. The staff is beyond helpful, very responsive and kind people. All the common areas, including the pool, grilling stations and the gym are very clean and well maintained. It’s very quiet in our apartment day and night, which is important since I work from home. Plenty of parking space, and each tenant gets an assigned covered spot. The apartment itself is super spacious, our closet now is almost the size of the bedroom we used to have in New York. I don’t take it all for granted as I lived in the most expensive city with the most terrible living conditions out there, and I’m very grateful to be a tenant here at Montero.

I've lived at Montero at Dana Park for almost 2 years and absolutely love it! We researched apartments in Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Mesa, and this was our favorite. The other complexes seemed to have bug and/or scorpion issues. Montero is in a no scorpion zone (google scorpion map). I'm on the 2nd floor and have not seen a single bug or scorpion. THAT is important to me. The entrance is so pretty and inviting, and the grounds well cared for. The staff (Brian, Sarah & Paul) is very friendly and helpful. My apt is super nice and had been newly renovated just before I moved in. I'm very happy here and have friendly neighbors.
