        Nothing about these are luxury. I guess thats thrown in there to justify the high rent. Full of roaches as well.

        Place is starting to move in right direction. Evelyn is trying but a lot still needs to be done. Wouldn't consider it luxury homes and the price is far from what you get. Landscape is still needed to trim bushes. People are moving out fast. A lot needs improvement before can be considered luxury. I wish Evelyn the best of luck with this property. I hope she can make it as good as they SAY it is
