Garden Place

Had to update after almost 3 months here. My service dog loves the grounds. And Jacob keeps up on the puppy play area when the bigger dog owners don't pick up the poo and the placement of poo bag addi trash cans makes pickup easy. Jacob has made our transition great Thank you Wendy Studebaker #1066

Again I'm posting this hopefully ba manger will take care of this problem again my mother calls and tells me ppl upstairs #2095 I diliberly make loud noise all times of the knocking pictures off the wall banging droping furniture being very disrespectful to there surroundings can someone please help her n talking to the ppl above her.

Incompetent, disrespectful liars of a team. Don't waste your hard earned $ on this place. The last thing on their mind is appreciating their tenants and our buisness.

Amazing staff, and the maintenance man, Jacob, go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Jacob was a shining star with a work ethic like no other with a warm and welcoming personality. Thank you for being awesome!

I have lived here for 2 years and just signed another lease! I have nothing but good things to say, the ladies in the leasing office have always been super helpful, Veronica and Yalin are who I have always dealt with and they are great. Anytime Ive had a problem that needs to be fixed its always been fixed the same day. I had a problem on a Sunday with my toilet and a maintenance man answered the line and was willing to come in on his day off. Lost keys were remade and delivered to my apartment within a couple hours by a maintenance man named Jacob, who is always super helpful. Anytime hes out there and Im walking to take my trash out he always offers to bring it the rest of the way. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone and my experience here!
