Every place has its few and far between downfalls, but when something has come up they’ve been extremely attentive and made sure everything is taken care of. Mark and the office staff are great! Can’t forget their maintenance guy Clint, he doesn’t skip a beat either. Typically maintenance people are silent and avoid you, not here! They say hi and always ask if everything is good!

The storm drains in the driveways DON'T DRAIN. I have lived here 12 years and everytime we have a good rain , I have a lake in front of my apartment and my back patio floods and water comes in under the Arcadia doors.
