Mesa Summit Apartments

Friendly apartment complex to live in. All my neighbors are awesome. Office staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Having lived in Arizona over 15 years this is the worst place Ive ever lived rivaling even 19th avenue and Dunlap in North Phoenix. There are BUGS! German cockroaches run rampant despite measures to reduce the population due to how people live here, the cockroaches will never be eradicated. I have seen bedbugs in the laundromats, which are open to the public and often times homeless people wash items in there. The laundromats are also app based and continuously take your money and machines do not start. In my section all the units are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and every family has at least 5-10 people living in these units Im sure all of which are not listed on the lease. Due to so many people per unit there is NEVER ANY PARKING, even in designated visitors spots. There are times where I will have guests have to park at the post office across the street. Pest control does nothing but spray baseboards if they even show up after putting in requests. We all know how persistent cockroaches are, the baseboards are not the only place they travel. The pool HAS NEVER BEEN OPEN in 2 years of living here. You will pay a fee to use the pool though, it is listed in your lease! Despite it never being open. Maintenance requests take 20 business days for them to respond or do anything about so be prepared to live with the problems your unit has. I have heard drive by shootings and shootings in stairwells of apartments on multiple occasions. There is frequent police activity. I have witnessed a man being mauled by dogs in the parking lot. It is definitely not a safe place to be. Cars are constantly being parked here and do not run, just taking up parking spaces. The demographic of people who live here is very obvious. This place is the grimiest, most ghetto apartment complex I have ever been unfortunate enough to be in. RUN FAR AWAY!!!! The low price is not worth it.

I really like these apartments they are great and quiet. Never had no issues what so ever. The girls from the office are so helpful and amazing.
