Doctor Michael Berman took care of my mother-in-law for a traumatic leg wound. The care and attention she received from Doctor Berman and the entire staff at Valley Wound Care Specialists was outstanding. The office was very clean and welcoming. She was brought into treatment rooms promptly and her care was very thorough. She healed quickly and I'm so thankful for that! I will always highly recommend the Berman Team for anyone experiencing nonhealing wounds.

I have been treated at both of their treatment locations By Pam NP and Kristy NP, under Dr Berman and you are in the best possible care. They are both top notch wound care nurses that will take the best care of your wounds, listen and care about you too. This last experience shows how they have improved and refined wound care treatment where it was a total cake walk for me. No pain so no OTC pain meds needed, activity was virtually back to normal while I continued to heal only having to be seen once a week. I do hope I don't have to return for wound care, but if I do this is where I will go hands down. The loss of one star is billing/insurance problems each time but they will be resolved. I prefer going to Wound Care Specialists over Abrazo Arrowhead Wound Care because of unpleasant interactions with office staff.

My loved one has been going to Mayo Clinic for almost a year for a wound on his right foot. In early August, the Dr. said that this is a CHALLENGE for him to treat and it should have been healed in 6-8 contact casts? and then passed us to an Orthopedic Surgeon to place his foot in a CROWE boot; and then highly recommended surgery on his ankle/foot??? But I exclaimed, he isn’t a WOUND Dr. you need to address and heal the wound first. I know all patients are different, but it shouldn’t be rocket science to handle a difficult wound to heal if you mastered the right technique for your patient. Finally, I had enough and contacted my doctor in Chicago and was highly recommended to go see Dr. Berman at the Valley Wound Care Specialists in Glendale, AZ.
I was amazed at the professionalism, unique care and compassion that everyone at the Valley Wound Care Center extended to us. Every patient is treated with the utmost respect and every employee is cross trained so there’s no miscommunication. I have to give a special shout out to Jessica. She is the glue that holds the office together for Dr. Berman. They have mastered the right system and approach to be successful in healing wounds. We have been going there for three weeks and believe it or not, the wound is healed!!! Now Dr. Berman will work with us for maintenance to keep the foot at its best and healthy. I highly recommend Valley Wound Care Specialists If you or your loved one has a difficult wound to heal.
