        Arrived to my appointment 15 minutes prior, checked in. There were a few people ahead of me. I waited. I waited more. All the people ahead were called. New people entered and were called in. Went back to desk and somehow they didnt check me in. Now I was fit in for my appointment. BP was rather high after that. Didnt get to go over everything because I felt rushed. Cherry on top, multiple text messages sent to reschedule my missed appointment. Not happy
