Mountain Fresh Water Systems

I called MFWater systems today to schedule a filter replacement. They told me I had to wait 3 weeks. I didn’t want to wait that long so I asked about other options. The customer service representative was SCREAMING at me over the phone. Extremely rude. I highly recommend choosing any other organization. Who speaks to customers like this?

I had such a great experience with Mountain Fresh Water Systems! From beginning to end it was a pleasure . When I called in Isaac was quick to answer and directed me to Glenn (The owner of the company). He was so honest and straightforward no BS. He then sent Hunter (his son) out to my home to take a look at my install. Hunter explained all units in detail and gave me the best quote . We went with the Pinnacle Refiner and I love it! Kory came to install the system about 2 days later. He was on time, quick, and clean! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends !

Glenn and crew were great to work with. They answered all my questions on our water softener installation. The technician was on time and very professional. After the water softener was installed, I had more questions and Glenn was happy to help.
