I've never purchased anything from this company, nor will I ever after receiving this deceptive "Notice of parcel on hold" postcard in the mail. You can save your "The postcard is a simple tool we use to reach our neighbors" canned response that you've responded to other negative reviews with. The postcard says nothing about being a friendly way to reach out to your neighbors, or about offering a welcome package, or about a free water test. The combination of the lack of relevant information, the fact that it's a "final" notice despite us never having received other notices, and the tiny, partially hidden company logo in the bottom corner proves this is a textbook sketchy marketing ploy. It's an intentionally misleading way to get people to call your company. And it's a great way to prey on people who don't think to look up the number before they call it. Ironically, I want to get an RO system installed at my home. And if you had sent a postcard saying "Hey, we're Pristine Water Softeners and we want to send you a free water test so you can see for yourself how our systems could help improve your water", I would've been happy to give you my business. Now I won't even consider it.

Joe E came and did the service on my RO and water softener system. He was friendly, efficient, left clear instructions after the visit was completed and answered all of my questions. Overall great job!

Wanted an RO system , was about to schedule it but couldnt have a conversation with the girl who answered for more than a minute of asking a few questions with the rudest shortest answers . She was so rude and short like she wasnt interested in doing any business and wanted me off the phone as soon as possible . I told her she is being rude because it had to be mentioned it was such a tense conversation for only 2 questions in and she just said oh really , thats sad . LoL . yes it is isnt it ? Haha Ill give my money to someone else thanks and will probably be removing your system from our house as well , hope youre getting all the business in the world with your stellar customer service in such a great economic climate . Good luck . Lol How ridiculous to hire people like that and for the prices they charge . Kind of hilarious oh but also sad . smh
