Paradise Water Systems

We had our Reverse Osmosis unit cleaned for the first time since it was installed. It is recommended to have it done once a year and we were beyond that deadline. A friend recommended Jim and we agree, he is very good. He promptly and politely dismantled all the filter canisters, removed the icky cartridges/filters, and serviced all the necessary parts. I am not a do it yourself girl. My husband is a great cook. We don't fix things we don't understand. It was a relief having the job done by someone who knows what they are doing. He left the house spotless and put a nifty label on the tank to remind us when to have it serviced again. I highly recommend Jim from Paradise Water Systems in Gilbert.

Misleading. Don’t get stuck paying an $69 trip charge nothing. Terrible customer service.

The website for this business lists three separate phone numbers (all answered by same person) and no business address. Confused customers created three separate listings in Google maps, each with different average customer ratings. Owner was rude and insulting to me when contacted about the multiple listings for the same business. Owner ridiculed me about my diligence in researching the different water treatment service providers in the area. Owner made fun of me when I stated that I take the time to write reviews to help good people find other good people. Owner mocked me, asking sarcastically if I worked for Google, when I suggested merging the duplicate listings for his business. Owner seems to have no sense of customer service, no concern for earning trust of potential customers, no consideration for defending ourselves from the those disreputable service contractors that prey on us.

Jim sold us our RO system a few years ago and has been servicing it ever since. Always a pleasant experience. Easy to schedule service, very professional, and thorough.

Jim sold us our reverse osmosis system about 3 years ago and I love it. So nice not to have to deal with the pitchers. Once a year he comes out and services it. He cleans it out with peroxide which I think is great. Definitely recommend Paradise-Water and Jim.
