Canyon Carpet One

This week the crew came to my home in Flagstaff and replaced my tired carpet with vinyl plank flooring. I am delighted with the result. The crew was hardworking, meticulous, professional, and kept me informed. Yes, it was an expensive undertaking, but the quality of the product and the excellent service made this project worth it.

So sad to have to write a bad review, but we had a pretty awful experience. Our carpet order didn't come in and no on informed us until installation day so we had to choose a rush carpet that we didn't like as much because we had to wait to move in for the flooring. I tried to call 3x between ordering and installation and on one answered or returned my calls. This led to miscommunication and mis-ordering. They left our door WIDE OPEN over night TWICE. Then, they left it unlocked two other times. This was totally unacceptable to me. The final product looks mostly great, but the wood install was done by a 3rd party and it was just one guy who was obviously trying to work 2 jobs. He also installed a piece of wood with a huge flaw on it right in the middle of the floor of the living room. For the price we paid, which was $$$$, I would have expected so much more in the way of customer care and service.

Showed up at 10:30 am on a Saturday, during their posted and confirmed business hours. Door was locked, lights were off, nobody picked up the phone. Call in advance to see if they are actually open.

UPDATE!! Came back to Flagstaff after moving away. Was able to have Canyon Carpet as my vendor again. Sarah is always on top of getting our needs met with this busy season. Ted the owner always goes above and beyond to make sure things are running smooth. THANK YOU for being a great company. Sean, Brian and Bryon get all the work done. They all do a great job!! Very satisfied!!!!!!!!!This is an awesome company. They are the best in town. They do all of our cleanings and install our carpets. They go above and beyond to make sure the work is good and complete. We are very satisfied.
