Wonderful staff! I recently visited this local store and was immediately impressed by its beauty and vast selection. The standout was the incredible service, especially from Pam! She is amazing- Her extensive knowledge and warm approach made my experience truly memorable. The entire team was friendly, answering all my questions with confidence and expertise. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with them. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend them for anyone seeking top-notch flooring solutions!

Aside from being over priced Cunningham flooring is incompetent and does not take responsibility for their mistakes. My order was very simple: 90 square feet of stack stone and tile for a small fireplace. Result: Wrong color ordered, and not enough product, recieved only 60 square feet of product for the job. Also, be careful of their "service fees" over 20% of total cost. This does not include shipping costs. Their messup caused multiple weeks of delays in rescheduling contractors and several substantial unexpected costs to remedy the job. Seamed very nice and cooperative helping to pick out product and gain our business.
