Tom is an extremely knowledgeable salesman (really an advisor) who can advise on both the technical and style aspects of an installation. The installers are careful and responsible and responded quickly to one minor issue that was found during my installation.

After reviewing all my options for new flooring over months, I went with Floor Coverings International. The biggest factors to me were that they have their own installers, their inspector (Tom) was extremely knowledgeable about both flooring product and installation, they were comfortable doing tile demo including cleanup, and they were able to remove and reinstall my fixtures. Not only that, they were able to operate in a relatively short time frame while I would be out of the house.
There were some minor hiccups, such as an internal miscommunication about reinstalling one of the fixtures, and the job did take a bit longer than I expected based on their initial estimates. But that doesn't stop me from giving this company an easy 5*, even after I've had a chance to use and inspect my new flooring for a few months. The job was completed on time and on budget. The owner James came over personally to make sure I was happy with the finished install, and he was friendly and helpful.
I really appreciate how thorough they were about every aspect of the product selection and installation process, and I plan to hire them again when I replace other sections of my floor.

I had a highly positive experience working with Floor Coverings International in Flagstaff, and cannot be happier with the outcome. I had the entirety of my house re-floored with tile, and the final product looked absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and ambiance of my home was completely transformed it was like having a brand new house. James was super helpful and communicative about the process, pricing, and expectations of this fairly extensive project, which gave me the confidence from the beginning that this company is highly professional and competent. The crew took excellent care of my house while I was away, and made sure to clean up thoroughly. Even though Ive had my new floor for about six weeks, Im still liking it better each day. If I ever need another flooring job again, these guys will be the first call I make.
