      image I was able to get a nice phone from Sprint. Been with them years. After 2 weeks I cracked the screen. They sent me a new one. Since I'm a tech dinosaur I went in and asked for help. Dylan was incredibly patient and kind. Evan with other customers staring at us. Dylan put on a new screen protector, showed me how to use the phone and I didn't pay a dime.
