        Make sure you watch what they are doing when you go into this store. They are very sharky and added MULTIPLE things onto my account without asking. They also lied about the promotion. The girl I worked with as well as the manager assured me of the promotion and that nothing else would change. This was a complete lie, by the time they were done with my account my bill was raised $80, they said it would only be a $22 difference. I had to call customer care to fix the issue and it has been nothing but a headache and they can't fix everything that was done. Save the trip and the lies just use your app.

        Traded in my phone for credit to get a free phone and they stole my phone and charged me full price for my s23 that was supposed to be free...need a phone call Verizon themselves don't go here!
