        Jay the manager at this location has bad manners and bad customer service skills. There were multiple groups of people waiting for services and Jay was sitting down in the store eating. Jay also denied me services that Verizon does offer, thankfully a professional store associate, Preston was able to resolve my issue. Preston was very thorough and professional at identifying what I needed and resolving my issue in 5 minutes. Thank you Preston.
