Thank you Brianna!!! I was holding off to switch the sprint SIM card to TMobile because I had voicemails from my father who passed that I didnt want to lose . I woke up this morning to all my voicemails gone and no service. T-Mobile had text me and said I had until May 1st to switch but that wasnt the case . Brianna worked with the IT department and they were able to save my dads voicemails !! I was so afraid I would never hear his voice again !! I cannot express my gratitude to Brianna and everyone on the IT team that help me ! Brianna was so compassionate and professional! Thank you Brianna ! This meant the world to me

Went in the store after looking to use their JUMP program to a new phone so that I wouldn't have to have it shipped. Total online was 86$. In store they told me minimum would be 400$ for sales tax and down payment. Pulled up the checkout online and they told me to call 611 for assistance but they wouldn't do it in the store. I think they work on commission and just try to make it as expensive as possible for you.

Chantel was extremely helpful today. We had a complicated transaction and she helped us through the entire process. Another location didn't offer to help with anything other than phone purchases. I really appreciate the time Chantel took to call customer service and make sure everything was handled correctly. We will be returning for more assistance once we receive our new devices.

The salesmen are unknowledgable and condescending, would rather play on their phones than help customers. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Fashion Square.
