My husband and I had a great experience with Woodlands Verizon. Chase helped us out so much. We went to another Verizon on Rte 66, and the employee there messed up our trade-in value and bill payments. We went Verizon at Woodlands and Chase caught all the errors and saved us so much money and gave us the accurate quote. He has great attention to detail, good customer service and is patient. I highly recommend asking for Chase on your phone needs at Woodlands Verizon.

Had the worst experience with the manager hes rude, not helpful and he thinks just cause hes the manager hes the best thing ever would totally never go there anymore didnt wanna help out at all I am a manager and I would never treat my customers and theres kids the way he did if the owner cares about hes store he would change the manager there
