I went into this store today, and received more than I could of ever bargained for. I am a 49 year old lady who have done plenty of business with people in various places in my life. Its Very RARE, I run into someone such as Alondra. She was NOT interested in just making a sale. NEVER in the history of me buying a cell phone did any representative or store staff care, about coverage. She wanted to make sure I could have good coverage where I lived first. She then reasured all my concerns, answered ALL questions and gave clarity concerning EVERYTHING surrounding my NEW service with Crickett. I am NOT just happy I can have service with Cricket, Im Happy I received the BEST customer service ever. I HIGHLY reccomend ANYONE who needs new service, or wanting to switch carriers here in Flag, come into this store, talk to Alondra, and receive the GREAT care and concern as I did.
