Ricardo came out today to perform routine maintenance on my AC unit. He was professional courteous and very knowledgeable. It is nice to have a company that puts the client first. The tech that came out was super knowledgeable and without assuming anything figured out the problem with our AC unit fast. We thought we were going to have to replace our entire AC unit but Precision Air saved us thousands. The tech also gave me some good advice and recommendations for what to look out for and what would help in the future.
