Terrible communication is practiced throughout the organization. Misdiagnosed my ac issues and then tried to extremely overcharge me for the repairs. Lastly, tried to lie about it and say I wasn’t there. Would highly recommend you get a second opinion on anything they tell you before purchasing. They will not stand behind their work nor admit any wrongdoing ever. Refund ha!

Ricardo came out today to perform routine maintenance on my AC unit. He was professional courteous and very knowledgeable. It is nice to have a company that puts the client first. I have had a maintenance agreement with them for over 10 years and will continue to have for the future thanks precision!
