Be careful with these clowns. They fraudulently placed a $9,000 insurance policy on my vehicle that was already insured. Took weeks to correct it. Now, they have done it again, and I am fighting with them again and losing many hours. Also, random charges (up to $200) appeared on my account without any notice...check your online account as the do not send notices of these fraudulent charges. This is a malicious and corrupt operation...stay away!!!

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I just went through an entire ordeal with Nuvision back in October - December 2021 to straighten out the mistakes in my loan. Everything was going well, the payments were coming out of my account on time with auto pay. I was never alerted there was an issue with my account, and I just now get a call today. They did not bother to leave a voicemail, but I called back and was told that I am late on my loan and have been incurring late charges every month. There is a 30 minute hold time to speak to a representative and the representative who called me couldn't even help me with my issue. I am at WORK. I had this issue last time where I had to take time out of my vacation pay in order to deal with this company to straighten out my account and now I will have to do it AGAIN. Avoid this company like the plague. I've been paying loan payments for 7 years now on a car and I asked for my remaining balance today and somehow its over $10k?!?!?! At this point I am tempted to hire a lawyer to help me audit all of my payments. I have a feeling some of my payments were never transferred over when they bought the loan from Denali Federal Credit Union. I have had problem after problem after problem with this company. Nuvision is the most disorganized scammy company I've ever have the displeasure of enduring. I cant emphasize this enough, do not get a loan through this company unless you want a chronic headache and loss of time and money.
