Went to the store just after they opened, had my carpet installed before 10:30am the same day. I know that speed can't happen every time, but they had what I needed in stock, and had an installation opening come up. Linda was super helpful at showing me the in stock options. The installers were friendly and efficient. 10/10 will use again.

Miss Linda, Mr. Stone, Trace and Mr. Jeff are all amazing! This in THE ONLY place I would ever buy flooring from because the customer service level is exceptional. From start to finish, any concern is promptly addressed and resolved quickly. The professionals at Cannon go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and they care which is a characteristic sadly missing in most businesses during this day and time. You are treated like family from the time you walk in the door until the installation is complete and you are perfectly satisfied. My flooring is gorgeous and I am so happy with the new look of my home! I highly recommend them and will definitely use again!!! God bless yall and thank you for everything!!!
