      image The salesperson (Jeff) was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the time that was taken to answer my multitude of questions.
      The men who delivered the bed were also very helpful during the setup.
      There was just one slight problem with the base after delivery. This was quickly addressed and rectified. The two young men (Michael and Richard) who came to check on the issue were very friendly and courteous. They took care of the problem and explained everything to me.
      Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

      image Jeff Strange is extremely helpful with putting you in the right mattress whether you prefer firm or soft. His knowledge is almost like going to an Eye doctor with A or B, 1 or 2. You cant go wrong with Jeff. (Might I add he turned on cartoons for my 5 year old so we could shop.
