We walked into our local Bedzzz Express just a few minutes before closing time on Saturday afternoon.
The manager, Drew, greeted us and never mentioned it was almost time for him to close. He went on to ask about our mattress needs and discussed all of the different types of mattresses he offered in his store. He ended up helping us until after his closing time without ever rushing us or even acknowledging it was time to close. Even my husband enjoyed the mattress shopping experience and he almost never enjoys shopping! After Drews insight we chose a Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress. Best sleep choice b/c of Drew taking time to listen and understand our needs!

GREAT browsing experience with Drew. Just the nicest guy. Knowledgable. Patient. Kind. So, I went back the next day to make a purchase. I didn't even do any more comparative shopping because Drew made me feel like an old friend. Thanks for creating a great shopping experience for me, Drew.
