The mechanics needs to be more focused and detailed in there work. Customers shouldn't have to pay for service and tell them how to do there job. This is your profession. Maybe there should be some discounts for the customers.
They just need to be properly trained or want to be trained.
I just don't like spending money and have to explain your job to you.
Anyway the job was completed.

Lousy service I took my car there for a complete service, oil change, buggy, etc., and they replaced the key with a new one. the key does not work 100% and my car overheats too much and makes a very ugly sound ... I would not go back there terrible service

Worked on price and went to finance and I did not notice they had my trade in value financed in for 84 months, the payoff amount that the dealership negotiated with me on my trade in value. All said and done I paid them $1,350.00 to trade in my $40,000.00 truck, and I now have to pay interest for 84 months on money they were to pay off my trade in with. My bad I did not notice I was dealing with thiefs and crooks. Bring a lawyer with you if you plan to buy from brubaker. I hope they are sleeping well knowing that they are cheating customers

Had my car for 2 weeks with minimal communication. I had to call all day for any information about how long it was gonna be. So I had to blindly rent a car for however many days hoping it wouldnt be too long. Then I had to call my insurance and put dodge on 3way because they kept claiming they couldnt reach the insurance people. But they answer Everytime I called and the rep told them that as well. It was a headache and a lot of running around calling dodge for info that they kept getting wrong ..so I declined to give them a good review for a free oil change
