If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible sales department. Bought on a car on Friday, come Monday, I discovered the speakers were busted and the upholstery is dirty. Go back up there on Tuesday to have these issues seen to, and they flat-out refused to fix the issues. Not only that, usually you'd have 10 days satisfaction at dealerships. If you don't like it, you should be able to get something else. But, they told me "our used vehicles have a no cool-off sale". In other words, if you aren't satisfied, you are stuck with the vehicle. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

Capital One sent me a pre-approval letter for this company so I contacted them. Spoke with a guy named Chad. We came to the conclusion that the payments weren't in my budget. Thought that was the end of it. I checked my Experian report just now and this company has been running my credit for the past two weeks, even tho I had a pre-approval letter from Capitol One. Went from a 664 credit score to a 513 in a week because of all the inquiries. I'll be contacting legal representation. Do not shop for a car here.

Financed a car through them, tire light came on the next day here we are 3 months later, my brake fluid is leaking due to poor caliper & a hose capsule/cylinder busting. Worst part they are charging more to fix it then my regular mechanic. Terrible, not to mention this happened while driving down the road peoples lives are in these cars dont sell bad ones PLEASE.

If I could give no stars I would! Made an inquiry about a truck online. Salesman called next morningsaid truck was there its perfect blah blahgreat Im with a customer Im interested call me back in 15mins I sayguy called back I told him I wanted to come later in the day and would call when I was freed uplater in the day I was ready to gooh its not here president of the company is driving itwell.when can it be there? Im in the truck ready to drive 1.5 hrs to comesalesman says hell call get it there and call he backcalled back and said, we need to make sure your approved to buy this truck! Sorry but do you think Id drive 1.5hrs one way to look at a truck if I couldnt buy it???!!! They need to rethink their business practices! Salesman apologized and said hed get the truck therecouple days passed I messaged them reluctantly and he called telling me the same thing!! Sorry, but I dont need approval to buy anything!!! Told him have his mgr call me if they wanted approval! No one did and they nvr got the truck there now theyre saying next weekok great-its just going to be an extra truck for me! So in the meantime Im online looking to see if anything else interesting was available anywhere and they have raised the price on this one $7300!!! No thank youcan buy a new one for what they now want!! This place must have more $$$ than they know what to do with because they surely dont want mine!
