Dr. GAINES should be fired immediately. She is inconsiderate, disrespectful, rude & very inappropriate given she is a practicing physician. She has no clue that even if I'm just a patient I am still a customer & that how She gets paid, that's how the medical practice is open & office operates & she should show some direct respect to us. She is in a wrong profession.

Franklin Medical Mall has wonderful physicans and a variety of health care offices. Currently, they are not taking patients in the denitistry, as if 2 weeks ago, due to the spike of Covid cases, unless you have a tooth ache.
