      image While making flight reservations I needed a car for a day. This Budget is located in the airport and was very convenient.
      Before arriving I received updates on my rental and was told my rental would be ready at time of arrival.
      Once I arrived at Mobile, AL I went to the Budget location on the main level and checked in.
      Miss Hailey was absolutely amazing! She checked me in and told me my rental was parked in the front and ready to go. A few questions was need and I was on my way.

      image This place was completely rude and had no compassion for me, their policies are ridiculous they would not accept my forms of payment. The lady working with me turned me away several times. She was very rude and passive aggressive with me. Thankfully Hertz was able to help me out and I wasnt not stranded thousands of miles from home!!!
