Budget Truck Rental

I reserved a budget truck a month in advance. The day before I was set to pick up the owner called me and told me he didn't have the truck I reserved even though i had reserved it a month ahead of time. They had ample time to prepare and make sure they had the truck. The other reviews are accurate do not rent from this company you will be left stranded trying to move with no equipment. The owner suggested i use another company at twice the price.. Do not waste your time. I was able to get a truck with Penske for a great deal and they were Amazing to work with.

I drove here from Texas to move my friend we made a reservation for a tow Dolly with the truck. The man was so rude they didnt have my dolly the guy proceeded to tell me to shut it down and be quiet. Here did not try to assist me in getting another location or anything really asked me to leave the store when I asked for his help. I would never recommend this location. Bad customer service

We were rented a truck to pick up on government Blvd, that location is closed as is the only other location in Mobile on range line rd. Very deceptive as Im not going over an hour to pick the truck up in Biloxi, Mississippi!
