We went to the Madison office to pick out and purchase glasses. The attendant was busy with another customer and said to us to pick out frames that we liked. Another person came in and the attendant finished up with the customer and immediately started to serve them. Totally disregarding us. Can you guess the colors of our skin versus the color of the new customers skin? Its still alive and well here even in North Alabama.

Probably the worst optometrist team ever assembled in the history of optometrist teams. Ive been waiting for a pair of glasses now for more than 3 months. The lack of effort to even try and resolve the issue is probably the worst effort Ive ever seen put forth. Maybe theyll be good for someone elseand by the way these are free glasses paid for by my jobId never use this team again.

Dr Appel and his team were amazing to work with! Adam and Robin at the front desk were kind and patient with my husband trying contacts for the first time. Dr Appel is so sweet and definitely knowledgeable in his field. We recommend this team x1000!
