        Ive been using Pearl Vision for 15 years and I never paid more than 2/5 of her contacts. I recycle the price. Probably need to find someone else to get contacts from.

        My experience has been absolutely horrible...ordered a pair of glasses when the were made I was not able to see had a new eye exam sent glasses out for a remake 3 weeks later still no glasses so I call they have the lenses minus the frames spoke with Matt who says he is the office manager ZERO since of urgency who said that he spoke with the lab and the shipped the frames separately but WITHOUT tracking information i had to call him to get this information this is extremely poor customer service I would think that when people are paying 600 plus for glasses things would be done with more care and concern I definitely WILL NOT be returning this is unacceptable
