I called to make an appointment and they did not put me in the schedule. I need to get my contacts and I do not want to use my benefits for 2017 as of yet. I would love it if this could be fixed, but I am not too sure if that would be possible. I would say active listening would be something that would do this location wonders. Other than that a nice place to get glasses

Helpful employees. Although, disappointed I was told I can't just buy the frames I wanted. You HAVE to buy the lens.

I was traveling through Birmingham, and needed a repair done to my glasses. The staff couldn't have been nicer. While I was walking around, I started to look at the frames they carried, and I was impressed. They have so many frames, and the prices were really good. I ended up buying a pair of Ray-Ban glasses. Great glasses, and really nice people.

saw the reviews online and went in for a updated prescription. everybody there was very informal and friendly. i got my eyes checked and ordered glasses. the man that waited on me really talked to me about different options that might work well for my prescription and what i do for a living. i had not heard about any of this before but i went ahead and ordered 2 pair of glasses. one for just regular no line bifocals and a lens strictly for my office. that office lens is amazing. i am very pleased with the service and product knowledge at this pearle vision. prices are not cheap but not crazy either and i have had cheap glasses that i could not see out of so in my case anyway i got what i paid for. price is the only reason i did not give them 5 stars
