Tony's Little Italy

This is by far, the worst Italian restaurant we've ever been to. We ordered Sausage ala Gennovese and when it arrived we had to ask where the sausage was. The waitress told us that it is ground up. Then we showed her something that looked like a piece of Steak-Um and she said that was the sausage. HORRIBLE! Then our son's Baked Ziti was full of sauce. This was actually the best plate we had, although, I would not recommend it to anyone. Lastly, the Penne Napolitano, ahhh what can I say...ATROCIOUS, I believe is the word for this dish. It contained the Steak-Um sausage as well. Oops, I almost forgot to mention the salad that comes with the meal. It was made up of sandwich toppings; shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, an onion ring and 2 croutons. This was actually humorous to see. I asked for the house vinegarette and got oil and vinegar. It tasted like the toppings of an Italian sandwich. All-in-all I must be fair. They must make something well if they've been open this long. It's just not pasta. Try the pizza or a sandwich because this was the worst $65 I ever spent in a restaurant.

My husband and I went here recently for our anniversary. Food was pretty good I liked the lobster ravioli, hubby's spaghetti was okay. The place has a nice cozy feel to it but the tables are pretty crowded together. I would think an Italian place would have a better wine selection though.

The Godfather is the sandwich of my dreams. The pasta, so-so. Just get the Godfather.
