        I placed my order at 8:58 PM, ETA was 9:30. I called at 10 to check the status and the man on the phone said he saw it coming out of the oven and it would be on its way shortly. I called at least 10x between 10:35-10:55 and my husband just drove to the store, which is 7 minutes away. When he arrived at 10:55, our food was sitting under the heat lamp and the man tried giving it to him. My husband declined and requested a refund instead. If it's going to be over an hour, a restaurant needs to notify the customer. The pizza was literally still under the heat lamp at 10:55 and no one would answer the phone. Why? I'm in the restaurant industry and have been for 10+ years. There is literally no excuse for a 2+ hour wait. I am beyond disappointed and we won't be ordering from pizza hut ever again.

        The food is great and the employees were funny and we enjoyed taking to them. It was definitely a fun and inviting atmosphere.
