      image Changing the rating from 5 stars to 1. This LC has went down hill. Quality, wait times and staff are horrible. Mobile order put in at 12:20pm to pick at 1pm. Arrived at 12:58. Recieved pizza at 1:45pm. Should not have to wait an additional 45 minutes for a mobile pre order. Especially when they ask you 3 times why you are, twice by the same person. Ordered a Pretzel pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce. Recieved a "kind of" Pretzel crust with cheese sauce, uncut and loaded with salt. In the photos that is not parm cheese, it is SALT! This is not the first issue we have had, but we know everyone has a bad day. But we are tired of dropping money here for nothing in return.
