i cant even begin to say how happy I am with this place. They were some of the most friendly people I have ever met and basically treated me like family. Most jewelers Ive been to almost always try and upsell me or try and get me to buy something more expensive than what i actually want but these people helped me with exactly what I needed. when I walked in it just so happened that they were dealing with the most stuck up person Ive ever ran into in my entire life and he was giving them the hardest time, and everything they tried to do to please the guy he always came back with some snotty response, I honestly dont know how they kept their cool because I definitely wouldve lost it with that guy but they handled it very professionally and I was seriously impressed. And after all that was over they came and helped me with exactly what I needed and treated me very kindly and I honestly couldnt recommend this place more. If I could give this place 100 out of 5 stars I would.

I dont have enough good things to say about Stratton!!!! From the very first time I walked in, I felt so welcome and immediately knew I would be a lifetime customer!!! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. I have gotten SO MANY compliments on all of my pieces from here. The piercing parties are the bomb. I already cant wait until the next one! Absolutely love this place and the people there!
