I had a custom wedding band that I wanted to get for my wife (fiance at the time). With Reed's expertise and professionalism, this ring was completed within a very short time frame and couldn't be happier with the result. His communication was on point throughout the whole process. He even checked a few weeks later to make sure we were still satisfied w/ the ring. Definitely recommend Klos Diamond if you're in the market for jewelry.

I had a great experience working with Read. I was referred by family and I couldn't be happier. He accommodated my schedule and educated me on the most important factors of purchasing a diamond. My fianc loved the ring and we have had numerous compliments. A coworker even told her future son-in-law to go look at the ring for what he should buy.

When I first went to Read I had a basic idea of what my now fiance wanted for an engagement ring. After sitting down with him and going over many designs and diamonds, we created an engagement ring that exceeded my expectations! I truly believe the reason why is because of his vast knowledge and experience. When I first went looking for a jeweler to create the ring, I went to many shops around Huntsville (some national and local chains). However, these stores had more sales people with limited knowledge (i.e, only explaining what the diamond reports state), rather than truly understand and know about diamonds. If you want excellent customer service and get the best ring for your money, you must go to Read!
