        I absolutely love the help and all the information that I get from this location. My favorite employee is Sarah. She always makes sure that we get exactly what we are looking for and she makes sure that we are 100% happy. Thank you so much for being there in our Bridge Street Town Center!

        I was followed the whole entire time I was in this store. Im very aware of what good customer service is and that was not the case. I had no personal space at all and it made it very uncomfortable to even want to purchase anything. It was not good customer service it felt like I was being profiled. So sad that management allows this behavior. When I mentioned that I felt followed, I was spoken to in a harsh tone explaining that they are just giving the best customer service. Following me around is not customer service. Greeting me and giving me your name while letting me know you are there if I need anything is great customer service, not standing 12 inches from me the whole entire time Im in your store. Never again will I step foot in that store and I will make sure everyone knows how I was treated.
