Everyone is so nice. Its nice for us plus sized gals to have a space that's all our own and the employees understand our needs. The only problem is that its too convenient for me and I go too often lol

This is way past overdue but wanted to thank Rachel and Jen (Torrid @ Parkway Place Mall) for helping me back in Sep 2023. Ive been going back and forth online with the general/corporate Torrid customer service about my gift card balance. I had about $40 on my gift card, ordered some items online, they were unable to fulfill it but never refunded the amount in my gift card. I went back and forth with the customer service online and on the phone for months! I finally decided to stop by the store if theyd be able to help. My order was not with this particular store but I was hoping that as a Torrid store theyd be able to get through for me. In a matter of minutes, with the patience and kindness of these ladies, I had my cash back and was able to spend it that same day in the store.
Ive never had any issues at this location. They help me out often when I overlook a sale and tell me that I could get another item for just a few bucks more. Theres no pressure to buy anything but once I couldnt find a particular style they said just to let them know and they can order online or consider for future featured merchandise.
