    The service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NO 1 TO GET THE SERVICE. I wasn't calling for myself. They had to troubleshoot my service, and then they said that they would call me back in ten minutes. That never happened, I had to call them back. I'm driving they want to send me a text link ABSOLUTELY NOT. I continued to say customer service after about 5 attempts. I FINALLY got some 1 on the phone. Good customer service just GOES NOT exist anymore. Xfinity does not care about their customers they only want you to make your monthly payment. Xfinity, y'all need BETTER promps to follow and provide live staff to help customers when we need them. This, to me, and others is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

    Came in to drop off old equipment and wanted to inquire about any deals on new phones for an existing customer. They did not have any promos going on for existing customers, only new ones. This always seems to be the case every single time I go into Xfinity. They told me oh you have to catch it at certain times of the year but I have gone in multiple times throughout the year and still have never seen any kind of new phone incentives for existing customers. Anyway, I decided to look anyway and at no point did anyone try to offer to show me or explain the different options for the phones. They gave me the most basic information they could and just stood by the counters the rest of the time, including the assistant manager. I then left. Definitely seems like they could care less unless youre a new customer.
