        image Horrible experience here as always. Very unprofessional staff. They act more like petty teens with attitudes than customer service representatives. Went in to exchange a defective cable box and was refused service because one of the workers heard me tell my mom while waiting outside to go in that I did not like the local store because of previous issues with their inability to provide proper service. I was told by a so called adult that I since I didn't enjoy the previous service I could just go online
