        The installers arrived on time and went right to work. They moved the furniture and removed the old carpet. The they did something I did not expect. They cleaned the floor of all dust and debree. They were very fast and professional with their work. When they were through they ask me to review their work before moving the furniture back in place. Before they left they vacuumed the carpet so there would be no fibers left laying loose. I give these installer and Capital One carpet FIVE STARS for the fast and GREAT JOB WELL DONE.

        Wonderful experience to work with a great company. In the showroom, Kathy showed us many different samples of carpet and the installation was a breeze. The installers were great and their supervisor, Danny, came by to check on their work. Our installation time was between 8:30 and 9:30 and they showed up precisely at 9 am. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.
