Had to have our entire master bath re-tiled. We found the tile we wanted at W&W. After having heard multiple horror stories about people waiting months for their tile, I specifically asked the sales person (owners wife) how long it would take to get the tile if we purchased. She assured me it would be no more than 10 business days - she said it was in the warehouse. I bought the tile and the contractor began the demolition of the bathroom with the idea he would have concluded when the tile arrived. 60 days and multiple phone calls later, we got the tile- and some of the order was broken. DURING THIS ENTIRE TIME WE DID NOT HAVE USE OF OUR MASTER SUITE. We were told week after week that is would be here next week - what BS. I called the 'sales person' to discuss and she hung -up on me. I called back multiple times, and she wouldn't answer the phone.
This 'place' lied to us outright to get the sale and then wouldn't own it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WORST PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

We put in new countertops, sinks, toilets, flooring, baseboards paint and a shower. Danny and Jennifer made sure all the work was perfect and just wanted to make us happy with our house. We felt like family. Had an emergency with my water heater after they finished my job and Danny dropped everything to make sure we had hot water even though he did not install the water heater.
