Buffalo Wild Wings

Called in an order for pickup. Gave them 1 hour and fifteen minutes heads up. My wife arrived to pick up the food and still had to wait 30 minutes, with a baby, to get the food. If you want to eat here, I recommend setting aside several hours, and for call in’s, apparently over an hour heads up is not enough. This get funnier. I called to speak with a manager and I asked the employee who answered if they were covered up, and was told, “No. Not really.” Common theme every time we go to this place. Will not be back.

I never give a bad review, but this one location was the worst. Waiting forever to even place a drink order, most of the time the drinks were not even correct. The bar timing at a BWW is probably the most crucial element for the flow of the entire restaurant. Food was only good fifty percent of the time, but that goes back into timing and how long it sat in the window.... I LOVE BDubs in general and have good experiences at other locations, just not this one.... :-(

No one there seems to care. We waited an hour for our food, although not everyone waited quite that long. Didn't get what we ordered (there were two things to choose from) and it was not hot. Seems to be poorly managed.

Went here last night and had THE WORST SERVICE! Our server was very nice but only came to our table 3 times. Got seated and waited for the server for 15 minutes. Order everything because we had been waiting so long. Tried to flag down another server, we were ignored. Had to walk up to another server to ask for the water we ordered 20 minutes ago. The manager finally brought our drinks THIRTY minutes after we ordered them and literally walks up to our table and says yall order these and puts them down and leaves. Another server dropped our food off which didnt take too awfully long but she just dropped it and ran. We had to yell across the restaurant to get the ranch we ordered and some plates. Our first drinks were good so we decided to order another round which also took forever and we had to ask multiple servers to get them to which they responded they probably arent made yet then why can I see them sitting at the bar? Also went to the bar for an orange for beer and the MANAGER puts down a cloth and cleaning solution to put her filthy hand inside the oranges before putting three in my bare hand. Needless to say I didnt use them. I had to order to go food so I went to the front counter hoping it would take less time. Had to stand there a long time being stared at by all the servers before the manager comes to take my order. As Im paying she tells my server to make sure my friend and I arent sneaking our alcohol in the Togo cups we got from the bar. IM STANDING RIGHT THERE!!! And maybe if they had come out in a timely fashion you wouldnt have to worry about that but all we wanted was our water! So then the manager goes to the bar for my change and walks past me and asks a server at the counter where I went??? Lol what??? Im right here. So we called this morning to explain what happened and were only given 15% our NEXT visit! Next?? No thanks!!!! And Ill make sure to let everyone know how we were treated and and be cautious of going here.
